A new green development is going up in Evanston!! See this piece in Evanston Now. We are proud to present this potential platinum-level LEED rating from USGBC. The developers are working with Urban Works Architecture and Carmen Vidal-Hallett, LEED AP International Associate AIA. The Landscaping company is Wolff Landscape Architecture, Inc.

My green visions

As an Architect and Urban Planner I have always wanted to make my green dreams reality. After years working in Chicago as an urban planner and architect and living, studying and working between Brazil, Spain and the US I finally started to try and make my dreams reality with my own consulting firm.
I'm also connecting with my birth country Brasil as the point person for a sustainable architecture and urban planning exchange between Sao Paulo, Brasil and Chicago, Illinois through the group Partners of America.
In Spain through the World Green Building Council I have also helped spread the sustainability seeds that now make my international green dreams ready to expand.
